Understand the pattern
We make sense of the thoughts, emotions, habits, relationships, and environments that influence how you are feeling.
About Erin
I help adults understand patterns that keep them stuck and develop realistic strategies for greater calm, confidence, and connection.
Erin Marie Glasscott, LCSW, ADHD-CCP
It is common to be functioning well on paper while privately feeling anxious, scattered, depleted, or unsure of yourself. I work with adults who are juggling responsibilities and want a place where they can be honest about what is not working.
My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented. Together, we will identify what matters to you, notice the patterns affecting your day-to-day life, and experiment with strategies that feel sustainable. I want therapy to be a space where you feel understood and where you leave with greater clarity.
I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions. I also support clients navigating pregnancy and postpartum changes, grief and loss, relationship stress, identity questions, and women’s mental health.
My approach
No single therapy model works for everyone. I use evidence-informed techniques from several approaches and tailor our work to your needs, strengths, values, and circumstances.
We make sense of the thoughts, emotions, habits, relationships, and environments that influence how you are feeling.
We draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, mindfulness, strengths-based, and solution-focused strategies as appropriate.
We revisit your goals and pay attention to whether therapy is helping in concrete, day-to-day ways.
Common reasons people reach out
Starting therapy can feel intimidating. A free 15-minute consultation gives you space to ask questions, briefly share what you are looking for, and decide whether the fit feels right.
